Work experience is requested by quebec immigration office to be printed on
a letter paper with header of employer's coordinate and signed by a supervisor. It's very alike with work reference letter requested by federal immigration office.
My question is :
what title I should use in work experience if I apply for quebec ,"I" or "He" ?
